A Temporary Food Service Facility is one that operates at a fixed location for no more than 14 consecutive days, and serves food in conjunction with a fair, carnival, public exhibition, construction project, recreational facility, fundraising event, or similar gathering for a public event.
- Submit an Application for Temporary Food Service License two weeks prior to the event with the fee of $133 in check/money order payable to Director of Finance.
- Carefully review the Standards for Dispensing Food from Temporary Facilities that is part of the application packet. Note that no storage or food preparation is permitted from a home or an unlicensed facility.
- Complete the Vendor Checklist for Temporary Food Service Events.
