Program Design

Our mission is to improve lives and create opportunities by funding pathways to student success. We will accomplish this mission through the HCC Esports Program designed to teach participants ages 11-18 fundamental skills required for young boys and girls to become successful Esports athletes over a 12-month period.

We will conduct Esports clinics once a month for middle and high school-aged teens. Each session will consist of one hour of light exercise and playtime in the gymnasium as well as two hours of focused practice towards their game of choice. Free, healthy meals will be provided as well! Students will also be mentored by Howard Community College Esports athletes and coaches!

Any questions pertaining to the YEP! clinic, or Howard Community College's Esports program, should be directed to Jonathan Craft at: jcraft@howardcc.edu.

Campus Map
The Esports competition room is in the Burrill Galleria (GAL on map below). We recommend parking in the south end East Garage and taking the catwalk from the third floor of the parking garage across to the Student Activities entrance.
